We are looking for a Back-end Developer who is dedicated to his craft, writes code that is proud of and can hit the ground running. We need you to write beautiful, fast code to a high standard, in a timely and scalable way that improves the code-base of our products in meaningful ways. You will be a part of a creative team that is responsible for all aspects of the ongoing software development from the initial specification, through to developing, testing and launching.

Responsibilities:
  • Write ‘clean’, well designed code.
  • Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
  • Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.
  • Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve legacy applications.
  • Follow industry best practices.
  • Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary.
  • Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server side logic.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Back-end developer.
  • In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment).
  • In-depth understanding of WordPress.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX etc.
  • Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing web services.
  • Experience in common third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, etc).
  • Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas.
  • You’re ok with working remotely.

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to create amazing user experiences.  The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design and possess superior user interface design skills. Ultimately, you should be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off .
  • Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
  • Create new demos and design.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a web designer.
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
  • Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies.
  • You’re ok with working remotely.

We are looking for a customer service oriented specialist to provide technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner. You will be considered as the firm’s front liner. The goal is to make sure that customer value is maintained to the standards set forth by the company.

Responsibilities:
  • Deal promptly and efficiently with customer support requests; answer any questions that come your way in a timely manner.
  • Logging into user’s WordPress and FTP installations to troubleshoot the issue.
  • Providing answers to commonly asked theme questions on how to use all the different theme features.
  • Providing small CSS customization to our users.
  • Apart from the support job you will have a chance to contribute to theme and company growth in general.
  • Find the best ways to turn upset customers into happy ones and ask for help when you can’t find answers on your own.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of WordPress theme.
  • You need to know how to solve users problems (not techincal bugs) in a timely manner.
  • Always be professional, respectful and courteous and have an extremely high patience level.
  • You speak fluent English (mandatory) and have a firm grip on grammar.
  • You can work independently, with little or no guidance.
  • Preferable another timezone than CET.
  • You’re ok with working remotely.
